October 28, 2022. - SONDA, leader in digital transformation, reported its financial results for the nine months ended September 30, 2022, with consolidated revenues amounting $ 755,707 million, equivalent to US$ 787.0 million and EBITDA of $ 82,442 million, equivalent to US$ 85.9 million.

Accumulated Revenues as of September increased by 20.6% compared to the same period of 2021, EBITDA grew by 6.2% and Net Income attributable to the owners reached $21,982 million, equivalent to US$22.9 million, which was affected by higher income tax expense mainly due to non-recurring accounting effects in Brazil, higher financial costs due to higher interest rates, adjustments for inflation of UF-indexed debt and other non-recurring extraordinary effects.

During this period, the growth in Revenues in all the regions where the company is present is relevant: 16.7% in the Southern Cone Region, 20.5% in the Andean Region, 24.8% in North America and 29.3% in Brazil.

Regarding the third quarter of this year, the growth in Revenues, EBITDA and Net Income stands out, with increases of 26.2%, 19.5% and 5.0%, respectively, compared to the same quarter of the previous year.

In commercial terms, business closings as of September 30 reached US$ 1,228.2 million, growing 34.7%. In this line, higher businesses closed were also achieved in all geographies: Southern Cone Region (8.3%), Andean Region (42.2%), North America (73.9%) and Brazil (75.0%). New business opportunities reached US$4,032.8 million; of which, 41% correspond to Brazil.

Regarding these results, SONDA´s CEO, José Orlandini, pointed out that "the third quarter was again marked by very dynamic commercial activity, with significant growth in the markets of Brazil and Mexico, countries in which we have closed important contracts in line with our objective of improving people's quality of life, as in the case of Mexico where we closed ´Metrobús´ transport contract. Through which, SONDA will be in charge of managing the fleet in the Mexican capital for a period of seven years, thus allowing, among other aspects, a reduction in users waiting times”. At the same time, he concluded that "the new business pipeline is at a good level and with great opportunities in line with the fulfillment of our 2022-2024 strategic plan, which allows us to be optimistic for the end of this year and for the following".
